ISLAMABAD (Sapeher Times) Chairman CDA Reviews Development Work in Sector C-14 and Sangjani Interchange Basic Infrastructure Completed in C-14; Handover of Developed Plots Begins

ISLAMABAD, October 9, 2026 (Sapeher Times): Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Sohail Ashraf visited Sector C-14 and Sangjani Interchange to review development progress, construction quality, and ongoing projects.

During the visit to Sector C-14, the Chairman was informed that basic infrastructure has been completed, electricity provision is nearing completion, and installation of streetlights and road signboards has been completed. Landscaping and horticulture work is also progressing.

The handover of possession of developed plots to allottees has formally commenced. The Chairman directed the concerned officers to expedite the process and ensure timely possession for all eligible allottees.

In line with the vision of Federal Minister for Interior Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, the Chairman emphasized that timely development of residential sectors and improved civic facilities remain key priorities of CDA.

Later, the Chairman inspected the ongoing construction work at Sangjani Interchange and directed the relevant teams to accelerate progress, maintain quality standards, and complete the project within the stipulated timeframe.

Chairman CDA reiterated that all available resources are being utilized to improve Islamabad’s infrastructure, facilitate allottees, and provide citizens with modern residential facilities and efficient civic services.
