All available resources must be utilized to protect citizens from traffic jams and reduce travel difficulties. No unnecessary obstruction in traffic flow will be tolerated, the Chief Traffic Officer said. During peak hours, traffic personnel should remain alert on duty and ensure orderly traffic movement.
