Islamabad (Sapeher Times) DG Safe City / DIG Traffic directs officers to ensure smooth traffic flow and strict enforcement of traffic laws،According to the details, Director General (DG) Safe City / Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Traffic Muhammad Haroon Joiya chaired an important meeting at Safe City Islamabad. The meeting was attended by SP Operations Safe City Captain (R) Hamza Humayun, Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad Kainat Azhar, Director IT Atif Abbas, Assistant Director Safe City Abbas Mehdi, and the Deputy Director of the NOC Team.During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted of various technical aspects of Safe City Islamabad. Discussions also focused on ensuring the smooth flow of traffic across the city and devising an effective strategy for the strict enforcement of traffic laws.DG Safe City / DIG Traffic Muhammad Haroon Joiya directed all officers to monitor traffic conditions across the city in real time through the Safe City camera network and ensure strict enforcement of traffic regulations. He specifically instructed that legal action be taken against traffic violators, particularly those involved in lane and line discipline violations ،He further stated that the protection of citizens’ lives and property, along with the development of a modern and efficient traffic management system, remains the department’s top priority. He urged citizens to report any traffic-related issues or emergencies through the Pukar-15 emergency helpline or the One Info App.
