ISLAMABAD (Sapeher Times) Visit of South Asia Olympic Council (SAOC) Delegates to Pakistan Tennis Federation

ISLAMABAD (Sapeher Times) A delegation of the South Asia Olympic Council (SAOC) visited the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) Tennis Complex, Islamabad, to inspect the venue and facilities in connection with the proposed hosting of tennis events during the South Asian Games 2027.

The delegates were welcomed by Col.Zia-ud-Din Tufail, Secretary General-PTF, and PTF officials. The delegation was briefed by the Secretary General of the Pakistan Tennis Federation, who apprised them of the existing infrastructure, facilities, and ongoing development initiatives at the PTF Tennis Complex. He highlighted PTF’s experience in successfully hosting numerous international events, including ATP and World Tennis tournaments, as well as regional and National competitions.

During the visit, the delegation inspected the tennis courts, player facilities, seating areas, and other key venues that may be utilized for the South Asian Games 2027.
