Islamabad (Sapeher Times) SSP Operations Directs Intensified Action Against Criminal Elements in City Zone،According to the details, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza chaired a crime meeting of City Zone officers. The meeting was attended by SP City Zone Dr. Ayaz Hussain, SDPOs, and SHOs.During the meeting, the performance of all officers was reviewed individually, while the overall crime situation, investigation of cases, public grievances, and various policing matters were discussed in detail.SSP Operations Islamabad directed all officers to further intensify effective action against active gangs involved in motorcycle theft and robbery, as well as proclaimed offenders and individuals with previous criminal records. He also directed officers to further strengthen field policing to prevent crime.He further directed that indiscriminate action be taken against illegal possession and display of weapons and aerial firing under the “No to Weapon” campaign. Strict legal action must be ensured against individuals involved in displaying weapons or aerial firing to maintain a safe environment for citizens.SSP Operations Islamabad also directed officers to ensure a prompt response to calls received through Pucar-15 and the immediate resolution of citizens’ grievances. He instructed police officials to deal with complainants visiting police stations courteously and professionally and resolve their complaints on a priority basis in accordance with law and merit.He further stated that protecting the lives and property of citizens and ensuring effective policing remain the top priorities of Islamabad Police. Indiscriminate and result-oriented action against criminal elements, illegal weapon holders, and those spreading fear and insecurity in society will continue.
