ISLAMABAD (Sapeher Times) It is submitted that in FIR No. 48/2025 registered under Section 3,4 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, the Hon’ble Court has pronounced judgment.

Details of Conviction:
1. Col. Khalil – Vice Chief Executive, Bahria Town
2. Imran Kaka – Hawala Agent
3. Mushtaq Ahmad – Property Dealer

Sentence Awarded:
1 Year Imprisonment + Fine of Rs. 5,00,000/- to each accused.

The case was investigated by JET under supervision of DD AMLC Islamabad.This conviction is a significant outcome in the crackdown against illegal forex/hawala operations and related property transactions.
