巴通社伊斯兰堡12月31日电人权和社会正义组织Piyass International周三将2025年称为“警示之年”。 组织表示，全球范围内一系列毁灭性的洪水、野火、地震和空难暴露了人类在自然灾害面前日益增长的脆弱性，而治理不善和人为疏忽更是雪上加霜。 Piyass组织在年终评估报告中指出，气候变化已成为灾害发生频率和强度不断增加的主要驱动因素。全球气温上升、冰川快速融化和气候模式异常加剧，导致自然系统走向危险的失衡状态。报告指出，虽然灾害源于自然，但规划不力、准备不足和环境保护缺失显著放大了灾害的破坏性影响。 Piyass国际重点关注亚洲，特别是巴基斯坦的洪灾。 组织表示，暴雨引发人道主义危机，导致数百万人流离失所，此外还有非法侵占自然水道、森林砍伐和排水系统不完善等问题。报告指出，在遭受野火袭击的地区，类似的治理缺陷也显而易见。大片土地被毁，空气污染加剧，生态系统遭受长期破坏；地震则暴露了基础设施薄弱和建筑标准执行不力的致命后果。 报告还对2025年发生的多起空难引发的航空安全问题表示严重关切，呼吁加强技术监管和改进培训，以确保乘客安全。 报告特别指出巴基斯坦是受灾最严重的国家之一，称洪水造成1000多人丧生，数百万人受灾，旁遮普省超过130万英亩的农田遭到破坏，严重威胁粮食安全和农村生计，同时还导致登革热和疟疾等洪灾后疾病激增。 皮亚斯国际组织敦促各国政府将气候保护列为国家优先事项，加强建筑和安全法规的执行，推行可持续城市规划，并加强灾害防备和应急响应体系。
