Islamabad (Sapeher Times) NPF charts future roadmap for police welfare, housing, and institutional reforms \u060cManaging Director National Police Foundation (NPF) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, chaired a high-level meeting of senior NPF officials to review the police foundation ongoing projects, administrative affairs, and future strategic plans.During the meeting, participants reviewed the progress of the recruitment process being conducted under the NPF testing and assessment service. The MD emphasized that the entire recruitment process must be completed in a transparent, merit-based, and professional manner within the stipulated timeline to maintain candidates confidence and further strengthen the institution’s credibility.The meeting also reviewed the progress of various National Police Foundation housing projects, ongoing development activities, and related issues. MD Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi directed the concerned officers to ensure that all development projects are completed according to the prescribed quality standards and within the agreed timelines, stressing that there should be no compromise on transparency , quality, or the pace of implementation .Participants also discussed the police foundation IT initiatives and various digitization projects. Proposals were reviewed to promote the effective use of modern technology, further improve administrative systems, enhance service delivery through innovation, and make the institution overall performance more efficient, transparent, and citizen-friendly.In addition, the meeting held a detailed discussion on various police welfare initiatives. The participants considered a future roadmap to expand welfare programmes, improve residential and other facilities, and provide better services for police personnel and their families across Pakistan.On the occasion, MD Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi said that the NPF is taking comprehensive measures to promote the welfare of police personnel , complete quality housing projects, ensure transparent recruitment, and encourage the use of modern technology. He stated that transparency, merit, quality, and timely completion would remain the NPF top priorities, while all available resources would be utilized to further enhance public confidence and institutional performance. At the conclusion of the meeting, the MD directed all concerned officers to ensure continuous monitoring of ongoing projects, strengthen coordination for achieving organizational targets, and take effective measures to provide police personnel with improved facilities and high-quality services.<\/p>\n
